Bio
You may not recognize my name, but if you are an attorney, you know my clients and chances are, you've seen my work. I never made repeated sales calls, nor did I fill mailboxes with quarterly advertising. I just worked...for your colleagues over the past 30 years...and my clients are successful.

I started 3 businesses from scratch since graduating from Texas A&M. All were with family or on my own. I’ve always chosen to stay local and love my southern roots. I’ve lived and worked in downtown Houston for the past 25 years! I am a creative professional-a graphic artist, a photographer and a videographer, specializing in litigation.

Legal Videographers are not required to be certified, but I am-and choose to be for the past 18 years-and on multiple levels. Most legal videographers shoot in one geographic region for a lifetime, but I've shot site inspections, diaries of daily activities, video statements and hundreds of depositions in 26 states. Most deposition video is a single-camera, “talking-head” video. I incorporate multimedia-displaying and capturing documents, photos, videos and other evidence during live deposition testimony. I'm also a notary-I can swear in a witness and record a deposition without a court reporter.

In addition to legal video, I do freelance photography and multimedia work on both Macs and PCs. I did the photography for Lawless Spirits and Kitchen’s renovation and debut in 2015. In the fall of 2016, I spent September in NYC doing corporate video/photos for Moody’s Inc. & Point Consulting Group. Both companies asked me back.

In the years since, I did more family portraits, individual headshots and corporate photo shoots. And I shot more depositions. I studied more, tested more and proudly stepped up to and into the courtroom as a trial technician, combining the various facets of my litigation career to present cases live in court; be it in-person or virtually.

With that, came the HUGE step for me of accepting an offer to work in-house as a Trial Consultant at one of the largest law firms in the world. I have now spent five (5) years implementing images, video and technology into litigation practices nationwide as well as internal/external marketing presentations, fulfilling a lifelong dream to work on cases at this level with professionals of this caliber. I still pinch myself.

Since 1992, some of the finest legal minds in this country, both plaintiff and defense, have believed in what I do and repeatedly hire me to work for them. 30 years is a lot but I'm not done! I appreciate your interest in my services and qualifications. I eagerly await years of continued success in the future. I will accept nothing less...
